Costly Discipleship

As Mark continued the discussion of the "little ones", Jesus made a stern warning not to be a cause of sin to His followers. The imageries in this passage need careful attention, nevertheless, this shows that God is the protector of His people.

Furthermore, we will also see that the willingness of disciples to bear shame and hardship for Christ is a reflection of Christ’s redemptive sufferings and a harbinger of hope to the world.
